Unfortunately, a server migration on March 10th of our backend infrastructure that is responsible for ZPay push notifications had an issue.
Unless you create a new wallet / import an existing wallet, you may not get push notifications to the application. For example, send, receive, vote, and smart contract executes. Otherwise, ZPay is operating normally.
You can resolve this issue yourself by deleting and re-importing your wallet with your recovery phrase, though please exercise extreme caution if you choose to do this. It is critical to ensure that you correctly have your words stored. ZERA Vision can not access your words or assist in the case of any lost wallets.
We have a plan to resolve this issue in a future update of ZPay, whereas all wallets already active within the application will re-register for push notifications and notifications should start coming in normally again.
